Triza Japhet Metha is a Social Worker with over six years of experience in community development and project management, specializing in inclusive education, GBV prevention, and empowerment programs. She is skilled in designing impactful, evidence-based initiatives and is passionate about promoting social justice and improving the wellbeing of vulnerable communities.

Rozena have good experience in different issues related to Finance and administration, At the organization she has been play great role to ensure transparency in spending of all funds receded by the organization. She also helping organization with all Administration activities, she also supports Adolescent girls in their group by capacitate them on Young Mother Income generation program, She also of helping girls and young mothers to become economical stable.

Helena is an educator and Board Member of Adolescent Gate, passionate about youth development and mentorship. She holds a BA in Education from Mzumbe University and specializes in pedagogy, curriculum development, and student-centered teaching. Helena provides strategic guidance on educational programs, youth empowerment, and inclusive learning, helping adolescents reach their full potential.
