Investment Rationale
Education is one of the highest-impact investments for girls, delivering strong returns in improved health, economic participation, and intergenerational well-being. However, girls especial with disabilities remain among the most excluded learners globally, facing intersecting barriers related to gender, disability, poverty, stigma, and unsafe learning environments. Without targeted action, these girls are far more likely to be out of school, experience poor learning outcomes, and be denied pathways to independence and leadership.
Investing in inclusive education is not only a matter of equity it is essential to achieving quality education for all. Evidence shows that inclusive, well-designed education systems benefit every learner, while dramatically improving outcomes for those most marginalized.

Teacher Training and School Capacity Building
