Adolescent Gate is guided by a dedicated and diverse Board of Directors committed to positive and lasting change. The Board is made up of experienced leaders with a strong passion for community development, youth empowerment, and gender equality.
Our Board provides strategic leadership and ensures good governance, accountability, and alignment with the organization’s mission. Each member brings valuable expertise, integrity, and a shared commitment to improving the lives of adolescents and young mothers.
Together, they help steer Adolescent Gate toward meaningful impact for vulnerable communities across Tanzania.
Vivian H. Kori is a development practitioner with experience leading inclusive, community-based programs for youth, adolescent girls, and people with disabilities, and currently serves as Co-Founder and Executive Director of Adolescent Gate, providing strategic leadership and overseeing program implementation and impact in Tanzania.

She is committed to advancing adolescent girls’ education, leadership, and economic independence through mentorship, life-skills development, and access to opportunities. Driven by a strong belief in continuous learning and community development, Jackline works to create supportive environments that enable girls to overcome social and economic challenges and reach their full potential.

Subira Salehe Sabi is a community development professional focused on social inclusion, community empowerment, and advocacy, with experience in VSLA training, sign language interpretation, and road safety education in Tanzania.

Khadija Liganga Dida is a dynamic leader, social justice advocate, and grassroots mobilizer with over 15 years of experience championing the rights of women and children in Tanzania. She is deeply involved in civil society, political engagement, and social entrepreneurship, working at the intersection of gender equity, youth empowerment, and community development.

He is a Sociology graduate and Counselling Officer in Mwanza, Tanzania, specializing in psychosocial support, conflict resolution, and community development. A UNITAR-certified trainer, he focuses on governance, leadership, and capacity building, and is pursuing a Master’s in Governance and Leadership at the Open University of Tanzania.
